Professional photographer and journalist, after graduating in Classics I have studied Cultural Anthropology, History of Religions and Natural Sciences.
My work is divided between professional photography for events or private services and my personal iconographic research on the pre-industrial societies in contact with modernity, on the social changes induced by environmental and ecological issues.
I’ve published several reports from China and India for Italian monthly magazines, in particular dealing with the impact of large dams on the environment, on rural societies, on ethnic minorities. Today my work is focused social issues in Italy and documentary photography on countries such as India.
